We don’t try to be all things to all people: performance cycling is the focus of our business.  All of our staff are racing cyclists and looking after the needs of competitive cyclists is at the heart of what we do.  Our work is split between retail, hire and assiting with cycling-related issues in insurance claims and legal proceedings.  We love finding new and exciting products for our customers and have got some interesting offerings in the pipeline.  Watch this space.

We appreciate that our customers’ time is valuable, so we operate an appointment-only system for consultations at our Manchester premises. This lets us ensure that all of our customers are seen on a one-to-one basis and receive the highest possible standard of service.  Please email us to arrange an appointment.

We offer a mail order service and only use reliable couriers.  Please do contact us if you cannot find what you need on our website as we can usually source what you need.  Frankly, if there’s something that you want that you don’t see on our website, we want to know about it so we can make sure we have everything you need.

Do keep an eye out for us at the races. The riders of the Velotik Racing Team compete far and wide in a number of disciplines and the riders are often testing sample products and will be happy to talk to you about them.
